Management team

Louise Beveridge is a recognised international expert in the communication & branding of companies and their directors, and member of the executive committees of major groups (Société Générale, BNP Paribas, PPR/Kering), Louise has also been an interim manager; strengthening and adapting the communication strategy of companies at critical moments in their development. She is a university lecturer, and independent board director.

Benoît Cornu has operational experience in marketing and distribution combined with a proven track record in brand communication and transformation, CSR and public affairs, notably within the Casino Group, PMU and Elior Group. In addition to his executive committee duties, he is committed to promoting the retail, marketing and communication professions.

Louise and Benoît were nominated by the profession as “Communication Personality of the Year” in 2014 and 2016 respectively.

Richard Pellet has worked for 30 years in agencies and with advertisers as CEO, DMK or Dircom, and has accompanied the biggest players in the retail and FMCG sectors in their brand strategies, operational and relationship marketing (notably with Publicis, Havas, TBWA and Les Mousquetaires). For the past 10 years, Richard has been working as an interim manager to support companies in their transformation and commercial development. He now joins Juste, Maison de Talents, to share his experience of interim management of marketing functions with clients and talents, and will be focusing on major accounts and SMEs.

Patrick Mercanton is a triple national (French, American and Swiss) with 21 years’ experience abroad and over 30 years’ multi-sector marketing and communications experience with major groups such as L’Oréal, Levi Strauss, Microsoft, Nokia and LesMills, as well as start-ups and SMEs. It was a natural step for him to join the only firm specializing in recruitment solutions for the marketing and communications professions, in order to develop the marketing division. He brings a real understanding of marketing and communications talent needs based on a varied career path, whether in terms of geography (country, region, world), structure (corporate, BU, subsidiary) or expertise (CMO, marketing management, product management, digital marketing, E-commerce, communications management).
